When we decided to get married initially, we thought we had 3 years to plan, then things changed and we decided to get married and delay the honeymoon.  So we ended up with just 3 months to plan the wedding but much longer to plan the honeymoon, which was a good job because it ended up as 3 months in the Pacific and Australia.

February 2011 is now upon us and we have just had our eighth anniversary (where did that time go!).  In February 2003, we had the most wonderful Wedding that could have been wished for.

The weather was beautiful.  It was cold but not too windy and the sun shone brightly, so it was perfect for the photos.  See photos below from the cameras we put on the tables at the reception and a few supplied by friends.

The day started for Betty, Louise and Zoe at the hairdressers.  Betty and Louise were finished quite soon but Zoe took a little longer.  Jim picked Betty up, but Louise and Zoe only just got back as Charles, the photographer and the Mercedes arrived.  It was a bit of a rush to get ready but we were all soon in the car on our way to Guildford Registry Office.

Andrew was best man, he and Ian were having some photos taken when the Mercedes arrived.  Louise was bridesmaid, and looked beautiful. 

The ceremony took place with our family and friends watching.  We were so happy to be there and to be showing to everyone how much we love each other.  Ian put a beautiful wedding ring on Zoe's finger as they said their vows to each other, then the Marriage Certificate was signed.
